The integrations outlined above are direct API connections that Sanus Benefits has established thus far. We are actively working to expand our list of supported payroll and HR systems to provide even more seamless integrations for our clients. Payroll integrations are paramount to ensuring that employee benefits administration is efficient, accurate, and seamless for both employers and employees. By leveraging these integrations, we can help streamline the benefits management process, reduce administrative burden, and improve the overall employee experience.

An important aspect of any API connection is the scope of data access. Scope is the data that the API connection has access to. For example, if a payroll system has an API connection with scopes for employee demographics, it means that the API can access and retrieve information about employees' personal details, such as their names, addresses, and contact information. This data can then be used to populate employee records in the benefits administration system, ensuring that all employee information is accurate and up-to-date. There are read/write abilities with most scopes. Read access allows the API to retrieve data from the payroll system, while write access allows the API to update or modify data in the payroll system. For example, if an API connection has read/write access to employee demographics, it can not only retrieve employee information but also update it if there are any changes, such as a change of address or phone number.

In summary, the API connections and scopes outlined above are critical components of our benefits administration system. While our direct integrations do not have read/write access to all the scopes we need listed at the top, we still have the ability to receive the access all scopes for a fee. We are hoping to add additional API connections and build upon our direct integration scopes with each provider. As we add new providers, and scope acess we will continue to update this page.

Quoting, Enrolling, and Administering benefits should not be hard, and with one button push to quote it just got a lot easier.
